An urgent request from Prince Michael of Kent Court

21 June, 2017

Dear Brethren,

An Urgent Plea for Help in Sourcing a Telephone Box for Prince Michael of Kent Court.

Some of you may be aware that the enclosed garden beside the Dementia Unit (Jersey wing) at the Home is being transformed into a street scene.  The replica telephone box they bought was not up to being out in all weathers – contrary to the information from the suppliers.

We are now trying to trace a fully weather proof reproduction telephone box or a real one that just needs a lick of paint.

This will be the old style red box with the small panes glass windows.

If anyone knows where we can get hold of one these would they please contact Beverley (Home Manager) or Nina (Deputy Home Manager) on 01923 – 234 780.

This is an urgent request for help as the project is due for completion next month and it needs to be purchased and installed before the ‘Grand Opening’ at the end of July.

Thanking you all in anticipation.

Yours sincerely and fraternally,

Malcolm.
