It is customary at this meeting [4090] for the PGM to announce forthcoming changes in Provincial Officers.
As many of you will know, Michael Cooper has suffered a period of ill-health and has asked to stand down from his office of Asst PGM in September. I will have further to say at Provincial Grand Lodge but I am sure that you will join me in wishing him all speed in his recovery.
John Norris, who was ProvJGW in 2015, has accepted my invitation to become APGM and will be installed during our annual meeting.
I am appointing W Bro George Laverick as Prov SGW and W Bro Tony Reffold as Prov JGW.
Peter Thompson will retire from his role as Mentor to be replaced by W Bro Fred Charnock and W Bro Bob Cordery will replace George Laverick as Prov Orator.
