Hertfordshire PGL Festival Charity Shoot Day

On behalf of the Provincial Grand Master RWBro Paul Gower you are cordially invited to the Festival clay pigeon charity shoot day on Tuesday 17 th April 2018 at the prestigious shooting grounds of Atkin, Grant & Lang at Broomhill Leys Windmill Road Markyate, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 8LP in support of the RMTGB 2019 Festival.

All levels welcome : Novice to marksman. Non Masons. Venue fully insured .

9.30 am : Registration & Distribution of hats, ear and eye protection.
Breakfast rolls & tea/coffee : (please pre order below) Egg : Bacon : Sausage)
A welcome to the ground and brief of the day’s events to be given by your host during breakfast
10.15 am : First Group (2 Teams of 5) to head out to their starting stand
10.45 am : Last Group (2 Teams of 5) to head out to their starting stand

Your day will consist of 60 birds over 6 stands (Team Competition Top Guns)
and 2 x 20 bird Flurry’s (Team Flurry Top Gun competition)

Total 100 shots per person

Stand 1 – 5 Pairs Driven : Stand 2 – 5 Pairs Snipe : Stand 3 – 5 Pairs Rabbit and Teal
Stand 4 – 5 Pairs of Crossers : Stand 5 – 5 Pairs G/Away : Stand 6 – 5 Pairs Incomer
Stand 7 – 5 Pairs Loopers : Stand 8 – 5 Pairs Driven
Stand 9 – 5 Pairs Rabbit : Stand 10 – 5 Pairs G/Away
“fibre wad” cartridges only : 6.5 shot size maximum

Lunch : (please pre order) Panini : BLT : Parma Ham melt : Tuna Cheese melt
prize/certificate presentation for the high guns of the day once all entrants have finished.

A PGM’s Raffle will take place (prize donations welcome) all in support of the RMTGB Masons & non Masons most welcome. Open fun competition. A fun shoot day for all.

Cost per person: £55.00 (plus cartridges approximately £18 on the day)
