£45,000 for Cyclone Idai

27 March, 2019

I am sure that we will all have been shocked at the devastation caused by Cyclone Idai in Southern Africa. The Masonic Charitable Foundation has made an immediate grant of £45,000 to help relieve some of the worst problems now facing that area of the world with particular emphasis on combating potentially-deadly waterborne diseases. This further, very tangible assistance demonstrates ever more clearly the role that Freemasons play in lessening the aggregate of human misery by extending the bounties of charity to every deserving object under heaven.
