Are you a fly fisherman or do you know one? If so, you or they might be interested in taking part in the first Provincial Fly Fishing Match, organised by the Hertfordshire Masonic Sports Association.
The match will take place at the Rib Valley Fishery, near Ware, on Tuesday, 12 November and is open to all Masons and Non-Masons (if they have a masonic link i.e. associated with Masonic Fishing Charity or relative).
The cost of entry is £40, which includes a three-fish ticket and refreshments after the match. Trophies will be awarded for the Best Bag and Best Fish.
The draw will take place 8-8.30am, with fishing between 9am-1.30pm. There will be a raffle in aid of charity; for which any donated prizes will be gratefully received.
