The Lodge today

Goffs Oak is a Saturday lodge that enjoys welcoming and entertaining everyone. We strive to make meetings happy. Members of other lodges quickly become regular visitors to Goffs Oak, with a number going on to becoming joining members of the lodge.
Our membership is drawn from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and professions and the majority of our members live in Cheshunt and the surrounding areas.

Our history

The lodge was formed to satisfy the large demand caused by men leaving the military after World War 2 who wished to continue the friendship and comradery they enjoyed in national service.

In the community

Goffs Oak lodge has always supported local charities as well as the national Masonic ones.
We hold a number of social events each year which successfully raise thousands of pounds. This money is dispersed to small, local charities with a particular focus on those assisting young people.
