The Lodge today
Kudu Lodge is Hertfiordshire's only Scouting lodge, with members who are current or former Scout leaders or who are sympathetic to youth activity
Our history
Founded in 1976, Kudu Lodge celebrates the values of Scouting, which are almost entirely in common with those of Freemasonry. The lodge holds a uniform meeting in May each year, at which those entitled to wear a uniform of their youth organisation are encouraged to do so.
In the community
The lodge holds numerous social events to bring lodge members together with families and non-Masonic friends, and raises funds for Scouting or youth-related projects. A "white table" meeting is held frequently to allow the invitation of Hertfordshire Scout leaders to attend.
