The Lodge today

We meet at St Albans and our Lodge of Instruction in Radlett. We are a vibrant, friendly Lodge with regular meetings of c.90 attendees, always including c.50 visitors. We value our strong Masonic traditions together with a warm, inclusive atmosphere.Recent years have shown steady growth with a number of Initiates and Joining members. We have a number of socials each year where we invite non Masons to join us. We are committed to raising as much as possible for charities and in particular Hertfordshire charities.

Our history

Light & Honour was founded in 1963 and met for many years in London venues until we moved to the Province of Hertfordshire in 1998.

In the community

Light & Honour takes great pride in being actively involved in the local community. We support St Albans City Youth band providing much needed funds for instruments. Some of our members volunteer for Noahs Ark Childrens Hospice who we donate funds to regularly.

Other info

Our meetings are fun and relaxed. We know how to enjoy ourselves whilst practising Freemasonry to the highest values.
