The Provincial Grand Secretary is responsible for overseeing all administrative matters within the Province. He is also the primary point of contact and intermediary for individual Lodge Secretaries and Grand Lodge. Over a 40 year period, Tom worked as a Senior Manager/Director in some of the leading International and UK based food and drink manufacturers and distributors. In August 2018 he was appointed as a Director and Company Secretary of Ashwell House St Albans Limited, responsible for the management of a Masonic Hall catering for the needs of approximately 100 Lodges, Orders and Local Community Associations. Tom lives in the village of Caddington, and is married to his wife Sam. He has 2 grown up daughters and 5 Grandchildren. His hobbies include, reading, walking, and socialising. Tom was initiated into Ellenbrook Lodge No.8155 and was the Social Secretary for many years, before serving as Worshipful Master in 2018. After which, he was appointed Lodge Secretary. He is a member of Hertfordshire Masters’ Lodge No.4090, and is also a member of the Royal Arch serving Biscot Chapter as Treasurer and Scribe E. and awarded PPAGDC in 2022.
