Keith was Initiated in the Handon Mount Lodge No 8183 (Middlesex) in 1980 and, on moving to Hertfordshire, joined Harpenden Lodge No 4314. He subsequently also joined Hertfordshire Masters Lodge No 4090. Keith is also a member of the Royal Arch. He set up the Provincial Regalia Service in 2008 and has overseen its continued growth since that time.

Keith was born in Gravesend, Kent in 1940 and is a retired carpet manufacture contractor. His hobbies include Formula 1, DIY projects and reading.
