Martin was initiated into the New Elizabethan Lodge no.7419 in 1992. He was WM in 1998, 1999 and 2010, subsequently joining Salisbury Union no.767 and Hertfordshire Masters Lodge no. 4090. A member of Theobalds Chapter, Cheshunt Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges and Waltham Holy Cross Rose Croix Chapter.

Born in Epping, Essex, in 1964 and married to Julie with 2 children. A retired Equity Trader who spent his career in the City of London. A season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur who also enjoys watching Saracens and Hertford rugby clubs. Martin loves cycling and walking his two Border Terriers. A member of Bishopsgate Ward Club and the Worshipful Company of Needlemakers to add to the list of achievements.
