W Bro David Ferris, Assistant Provincial Grand Master attended the final meeting of Joseph Moffett Lodge on Wednesday 5th December where he received the Warrant of the Lodge from the Worshipful Master W Bro David Judd. The Lodge was named after RW Bro Rev Dr Joseph Moffett OBE, Provincial Grand Master from 1952 to 1963.
