At this afternoon’s meeting of The Hertfordshire Master’s Lodge No 4090, VW Bro Paul Gower announced that he was to appoint W Bro James Sharpley as his successor in the office of Deputy Provincial Grand Master.
He went on to inform the meeting that the Provincial Grand Charity Steward Dick Knifton was to become an Assistant Provincial Grand Master.
