As drawn by the Provincial Grand Master at the 4090 meeting the winning Golden Ticket was Herts Scots 9572 meeting at Halsey Masonic Hall – Cheshunt. A full Executive Team has been agreed and the meeting date has been confirmed as Friday 24th June 2016 (Fourth Friday).
