Cloisters Centre is appealing to all their Lodges for the members and guests to “bring a tin” when attending. This is to build a food bank for distribution to feed the needy this Christmas. They also intend joining forces with local charities to provide a soup kitchen during the winter months.
Oxhey Lodge (Watford) run a similar food bank scheme which has proven very successful and most welcomed by the local homeless and needy community.
