Arrangements for the Annual Provincial Grand Lodge meeting in September are now well under way.
Dining will be held at the Connaught rooms, the meal this year will remain the same price as last year (£60.00) and consists of:
Wine reception before the meal in the Gallery Suite of UGLE, Great Queens Street (please note that the wine reception is for brethren who have booked and paid for meals – tickets will be emailed to the host booking the meal – no admission without ticket).
3-course dinner with wine included. Menu as follows:
Starters
Chicken liver pate with tomato chutney, toasted rye bread crisps
Main Course
Turkey and pheasant roulade wrapped in Parma ham with chestnuts and tarragon, creamed chive potatoes, fine green beans, honey glazed Chantenay carrots, Cranberry jus
alternate main course: Fish
Desserts
Chocolate profiteroles with a Nutella sauce
alternate dessert: Fresh Fruit Salad

Tri colour – Avocado, tomato and mozzarella tossed salad and balsamic dressing
Main Course
Watercress, spinach, nutmeg, and chickpea cannelloni with roasted tomato sauce
